Consumer guarantees
Australian Consumer Law may provide remedies for major failures. This policy adds operational detail without replacing those statutory rights.
Geography of returns
Return labels and inspection steps assume parcels moving within Australia unless your confirmation email describes an international exception. Cross-border buyers are responsible for customs paperwork, carrier limits on food supplement returns, and whether opened goods may re-enter Australia.

Process
Email support@quoglarnaeoz.world with photos of the packing slip, batch code, and damage if relevant. Approved returns ship to the Villawood returns cage noted in your reply.
Refunds
Once goods clear inspection we initiate refunds to the original payment path within five banking days. Carrier delays are outside our control but we share tracking identifiers.
International buyers
Cross-border customers remain responsible for duties and broker fees even when a refund is granted on product value.
